I’ve started the new diet - which I started Thursday. Worst idea to start on the weekend…. I am trying to eat between 1,200-1,500 calories a day. Needless to say I have gone over everyday this weekend. However, I’ve been eating way more vegetables and fruits and drink SO MUCH WATER!! I am hoping this works. I haven’t eaten like this since before high school. I have been so unhealthy for 15-16years. It’s only made me thick and unhappy. SO here’s to getting my ass smaller and in gear.
But I am going out with friends tonight- fail.
