I’ve started the new diet - which I started Thursday.  Worst idea to start on the weekend….  I am trying to eat between 1,200-1,500 calories a day.  Needless to say I have gone over everyday this weekend.  However, I’ve been eating way more vegetables and fruits and drink SO MUCH WATER!!  I am hoping this works.  I haven’t eaten like this since before high school.  I have been so unhealthy for 15-16years.  It’s only made me thick and unhappy.  SO here’s to getting my ass smaller and in gear.

But I am going out with friends tonight- fail.

Today I did not go to the gym.  But I ate OK. 

Tomorrow I start a healthy diet.  I’m really nervous and scared that I’m going to gain back what I worked so hard to lose last year but it’s been about 6 months since I’ve lost anything.  It’s time for change.

I’m going to hold off on posting those “before” pictures I took yesterday until I have some super fly “after” pictures to post next to them.

Ok I fudged up my first day.  I did the exercise but couldn’t sleep last night.  I felt a little hungry so I got up and had a piece of cheese bread.  I can’t stop thinking about it.  But I’ll go back to the gym tonight and hopefully I’ll forget about it.

I think I’ve finally talked myself into taking “before” pictures.  Hope this helps with the motivation to have “after” pictures in 30 days.  Maybe I’ll up date with “before/after” pictures every 30 days too…. I just can’t stand the sight of my legs right now so this is going to be tough.

Gym day 1: 35minutes on the treadmill at a speed of 3.5  I didn’t get the miles because I cleared too fast. 

Day 1 = success!

Hold a brownie out in front of me please.

I’m starting a treadmill workout today to build up to being able to jog for 30minutes nonstop.  The program is 11weeks but I’m going to try for 30 days.  I will have resting days but I am not going to have set resting days because things will come up and I don’t want to get use to having resting days and off days because things come up.  I’m determined! Go Me!!
